Munich, May 2018 – Ashridge and Ferrari are searching for the 2018 Digital Transformer as part of the
challenge “2018 DIGITAL TRANSFORMER INSPIRED BY ASHRIDGE“. The competition is starting on 15th May
2018 through the competition website and its Social Media Channels. www.No1DigitalTransformer.com





How to participate

The campaign is open to anyone aged 18 years or older by the date of entry and to those working with digital
leaders or transformers. Participants can qualify themselves by posting an image of their 2018 Digital
Transformer along with a short explanation why this person deserves the title “2018 Digital Transformer”. The
nominees invite minimum three people from their network to name their personal 2018 Digital Transformer.
Participants can post their entries either on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or YouTube with the Hashtag:
#2018DigitalTransformer starting from 15th May to 30th June 2018. The more people participants nominate
and inspire the higher is their chance to win the competition.

Final Decision by an Expert Jury

After completing this nomination challenge, an expert jury of managers from Ferrari and Ashridge
Executive Education will be choosing from the Top 10 qualified participants two final wi n n e r s . The first
winner will receive a VIP program seat on the unique 3-day Leadership Program “Digital Futures –
Winning amidst Disruption” at the Ferrari headquarters in Maranello, Italy.
This highly-immersive experience will be delivered in consortium with Ashridge and Ferrari, one of the world’s
most iconic brands. The second winner will get an exclusive full-day drive experience with an original Ferrari
at the Ferrari headquarters.

A Unique Partnership with Ferrari

Ashridge’s Digital Futures Program has been developed in partnership with Ferrari to equip participants with
the right tools for a successful digital future for their organization. The program aims to:

  • Share latest trends and implications of digitization and the 4th Industrial Revolution
  • Leverage Design Thinking, Lean Start-Up and Scenario Planning
  • Gain knowledge of risks and pitfalls as well as successes involved in digital transformation
  • Craft concrete innovation ideas for growth
  • Share best practices from participating organizations such as tech disruptors, start-ups and global multinationals, working on “live” business challenges
