November diskutierte Sara Armbruster, Vice President, Strategy, Research and New Business Innovation bei Steelcase, auf dem 8. Global Drucker Forum, in einem Panel zum Thema \u201cF\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und deren Arbeitsumgebungen in einer sich st\u00e4ndig wandelnden Welt\u201c. Armbruster erl\u00e4uterte dabei die Herausforderungen traditionell hierarchieorientierter F\u00fchrungsstile in einer sich beschleunigten, hochvernetzten Welt. <\/p>\n<p>Armbruster betonte auch, dass heutige Unternehmen globaler, mobiler und vernetzter als je zuvor aufgestellt sind und bestand darauf, dass sich daher auch die Art und Weise der Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften mit Mitarbeitern sowie Kunden ver\u00e4ndern m\u00fcsse.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEin traditioneller hierarchie-orientierter F\u00fchrungsstil wird den aktuellen Anforderungen einer agilen, kreativen, innovativen und wachstumsorientierten Gesellschaft nicht mehr gerecht,\u201c erkl\u00e4rte Armbruster. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Der Einfluss des Arbeitsplatzes auf die F\u00fchrungskultur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Steelcase, f\u00fchrender Experte f\u00fcr innovative Arbeitsplatzumgebungen, hat in einer zweij\u00e4hrigen Studie F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte gro\u00dfer Konzerne in Amerika, Europa und im Nahen Osten beobachtet. Die Analyse ergab, dass 60% der weltweiten F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte zum Gro\u00dfteil ihren Arbeitstag in einem separaten Einzelb\u00fcro verbringen, w\u00e4hrend im Vergleich dazu nur 23% der Mitarbeiter ein eigenes B\u00fcro haben.
